    • We prioritise the best interests of employers and migrants while maintaining a balance with our responsibilities.
  3. Conflict Resolution:
    • We handle conflicts and disputes with employers, applicants, migrants, or colleagues in a constructive and respectful manner, seeking resolution through open communication and cooperation.
    • We support the ability for anyone to be able to confidentially report any issues they see through the “Confidentiality Corner – Whistleblower Reporting Portal” on the GRC website.
  4. Professional Development:
    • We continuously strive to enhance our professional skills and knowledge, enabling us to provide better services to employers, applicants and migrants.
    • We stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  5. Ethical Reporting:

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or the termination of a business relationship with a supplier or business partner.
